Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have up to 30 days to request a return,starting from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will then guide you through the returns process. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any relevant instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without going through the official returns process cannot be accepted.
Refunds are limited to the order value minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Since some discounts are only applicable to orders with a specified amount or quantity of purchases, if some of the items are returned and the order does not qualify for the discount, the discount for that order may be removed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This would include customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).
For hygiene reasons, any items of an intimate nature (such as underwear) can only be returned if the package is still sealed and unopened.
Size exchanges
To change the size of an item, simply go through the standard process for a return, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds can only be approved if all the returns criteria are met. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
