What if my garment has a defect?

We take our product quality really seriously; it's one of the things AMORESY is famous for. Creating clothing so soft and thin, yet remarkably durable, is an art form, and we have worked very hard to master it. Each item is created with great care and affection; we don't rush the process. Then we carefully and meticulously test and inspect every single item before it is approved for dispatch.

That said, we understand that very occasionally, small issues may surface after receiving the item, such as a broken thread or a defective zipper. So we are happy to offer a full 30-day period for testing and inspection, so you can make absolutely sure your order is in perfect condition. If you do locate any faults within 30 days, just email us at hello@amoresy.com and we'll swiftly resolve any issues for you.
