Processing Time

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us via email or message within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already have been shipped. We cannot make any changes to an order after it has been shipped.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Nor can we change the address after the order has been shipped.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

 

International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped outside of our domestic region may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

Please check with your local customs authority for more information. Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. If returned, refunds will be processed according to our return policy, excluding shipping costs.

 

Please note:

  •  Any customs duties or taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment or return an item, you may need to contact your local customs office to claim a refund (if applicable).
  • Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If a parcel is destroyed due to failure to pay duties or provide necessary customs information, no refund will be issued.
